This script is partially XB as MSIE recognizes it fully and is easily customizable, while Netscape Navigator 4.5 does recognize it, but <layer>...</layer> does lack of many parameters for aligning relatively the script and therefore the Script must affect first line only to match with a XB page.
For this reason and for the fact that Netscape 6 does totally ignore it, it is advisable to use following Script to blink with text, although the output is a little poor for Netscape browsers, but that's it !
Verify
As soon as we try to fix the Script into the above Table it appears somewhere else in the page, where fixed by absolute parameters.
